Adding a contact widget to your Site

  • A contact widget is an interactive element that allows site visitors to reach out to you swiftly with any questions. You can add a widget section connected to your preferred contact channel (Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc).
  • Using this feature, you can speed up your communication with customers, point them to the best way to get in touch with you, and drive more sales.

You can connect the “Contact Widget” section with one of the following contact channels:

  • Instagram Direct Messenger
  • Facebook Messenger
  • WhatsApp
  • WeChat
  • Telegram
  • Viber
  • Line
  • Your phone number

Adding a contact widget to your Instant Site

You can add a “Contact Widget” section to your website and connect it to your preferred contact channel.

To add a contact widget to your Instant Site:

  1. From your Netcash Shop a dmin, go to Website→ Edit Site.
  2. Click Add Section, go to Contacts, and click on the block you like. It will be added to the list of sections on Homepage and opened for editing.
  3. On the Content tab, fill out contact widget details: choose contact channel, customize texts on buttons and welcome message, add an image, etc.
  4. On the Design tab, adjust fonts, styles, and colours. To hide certain widget elements, switch the Show element toggle for it.

Now the contact widget button will be displayed in the bottom right corner of each page on your site, including all the store pages. Customers can click it to get in touch with you.

You can have one “Contact Widget” section per Instant Site.
