How do I change the email address linked to my Shop and what is the process?
You may decide to change the email address linked to your Netcash Shop. When you do, follow these steps:
1. In your Netcash Shop Control Panel go to My Profile.
2. Select Change name and email.
3. Make the changes you need, and click Save.
4. You will receive an email to validate these changes.
5. Once confirmed, the changes will update.
I used my email address before on my Ecwid website
If you’ve previously created an account with Ecwid using your email address, you won’t be able to use that same email to create a Netcash Shop login. To change your Ecwid email address, you can do either of the following:
1. Ensure your previous account is completely deleted from Ecwid
2. Alternatively, you can either log back into your Ecwid shop and change the email address linked to that shop (following the same steps as in the above section) or use a different email address for our Netcash Shop account login.
