May 10, 2023After I Sign up for Netcash, where/ how do I get my login credentials?
After you sign-up for Netcash Shop you will receive your login credentials in the inbox of the email address you used to register for Netcash Shop. Your email will look like the below, but with your unique login credentials.
Help! I did not receive my link.
Try these first:
- Check your spam folder and filter settings to ensure your email client is not blocking our emails.
- Have you ever registered for Ecwid? You cannot use the same email address for your Netcash Shop as your Ecwid registration.
If after checking the above you’re still experiencing issues, please get in touch with Netcash Shop Support.
